Terms and Conditions – General Dog Walking Single Day or Multi-Day Plan

1. Service Description:

• Our dog walking plan provides your furry friend with scheduled walks per week. Each walk will be approximately 90 minutes in length, providing your dog with essential exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of a day’s notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled walks. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00.

• Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of genuine emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to provide the required notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme heat), walks may be postponed or rescheduled for the safety of both your dog and our staff. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

1. Payment Terms:

• Payment Schedule: Payment for any dog walking appointment or plan is due weekly in advance.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including, internet bank transfers, and online payment platforms.

• Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of scheduled walks until payment is received.

1. Service Limitations:

• Service Hours: Walks will be conducted between [start time] and [end time] on the agreed-upon days. Any requested walks outside of these hours may be subject to availability and additional fees.

• Health and Behaviour: Clients are responsible for informing us of any health issues or behavioural concerns regarding their dog. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify the walking plan based on the health and safety of our staff and other dogs.

1. Liability:

• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog during walks.

• We carry a comprehensive liability insurance policy to cover incidents that may occur. Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is up to date on vaccinations and properly trained for walking on a leash.
